COURSE: Peace Studies
DESCRIPTION: Students enrolling in this program will travel to Gulu, in northern Uganda, to engage with a community recovering from a civil war . Take a closer look at the process that ensured peace in the region and how peace is now maintained in the community. Students, faculty, staff will be guests of the University of the Sacred Heart, a Catholic University located in Gulu, Uganda. At the end of the experience, students will experience a safari and Nile river cruise.
