As the Director for Culture & Belonging, Megan supervises Walsh's programs in Rome, Uganda, and Tanzania and all of Walsh's programs abroad. She runs the day-to-day operations of the Culture & Belonging office and works closely with students and faculty to further Study Beyond initiatives.

Nancy guides the students through the application process and tracks their progress while assisting the Director in daily operations.
